I have a unique approach to the industry with a broad understanding of multiple industries in tech and design. Not just from the technical side, but also the psychology and neurochemistry of player/user experiences.
I take a systems/design thinking approach to problem solving that focuses on the best approaches to achieve your goals. There’s no one solution to copy and paste, but instead a tailored method that matches what you’re trying to achieve as a whole. I also incorporate an adversarial strategy to ensure that edge case scenarios don’t become real problems.

PROJECT OVERVIEW />
Learn about your project to find out where I can help. I will review existing documents like slide decks, whitepaper and diagrams to better understand the project. The consultation session is step 1. This will help establish overall clarity of purpose for both of us before the work begins. This time is open for you to pick my brain and the two of us to brainstorm through your dilemma. In addition, the 1:1 consult is beneficial to see if we are a good fit to further the process after the call.

ESTABLISH GOALS />

After the 1:1 consultation, if we plan to move forward in working together, then I will review the project details, establish goals, and create a custom roadmap specific to your design dilemma. We discuss the finer points of how to get from where you are to where you want to be with a detailed outline. With the help of the initial consult, we can now expand on that to help strategize the right path forward with an unique design blueprint tailored to your business.

INITIAL DESIGN />
Perform a first pass on the design goals and get initial feedback. The focus is on YOUR project so we will discuss the design together to make sure the approach is meeting your goals and tease out any unspoken elements. We will also make any adjustments to the roadmap or future plans to make sure you're confident going forward.

REVISION + ITERATION />

Iterating on the roadmap with regular check-ins and feedback until completion. I will perform research, simulations and design tweaks until roadmap completion. This usually involves multiple design cycles that loop in other stakeholders/team members to work with the constraints of their specific duties or concerns. Documentation, presentations, spreadsheets and simulations are typical deliverables along this process.
